Job Description

What you'll be doing: In this role, you'll contribute to accurate monthly accounting and forecasting for Avon's UK Principal Company while working closely with multiple international teams. You'll support the financial planning process, ensure consistency and quality of data, collaborate with markets and key business areas, and help maintain strong internal controls and compliance standards. Your work will directly support strategic decisions across the business.
Key responsibilities:
What you'll be working on: Monthly accounting, forecasting and reporting in cooperation with UK and global finance teams Supporting the VMUP process and ensuring adherence to financial model principles Acting as a business partner to markets, supply chain, tax and treasury Maintaining processes to ensure SOX compliance Working with extensive financial data to provide insights, recommendations and prioritization Supporting continuous improvement across financial systems and controls What we're looking for: 2-4 years of experience in a similar Finance/Accounting role Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics Technical knowledge of US GAAP and SOX Strong analytical mindset and experience interpreting large datasets Ability to challenge solutions, priorities and find practical ways around barriers Proven experience working cross‑functionally Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence working in a global matrix Very good English (spoken and written) SQL, VBA, Tableau or Power BI skills are an advantage The role is based in Poland, in an on‑site model
