Position Summary Prepares financial data and reports in accordance with regulatory requirements (primarily accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America ("GAAP"), Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"), Officer of the Comptroller of Currency ("OCC") and Federal Reserve), and as requested by management. Analyzes data and presents results to others within the department and Company using effective verbal and written communication. Key Responsibilities The responsibilities listed below represent the primary duties of this position. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Prepares financial reports and data utilized for SEC reporting, OCC, Federal Reserve and other management reporting. Prepares financial reports and data utilized by management in decision making processes. Assists with answering questions from management, internal auditors, external auditors and others within the Bank related to the financial reports and related data. This may require analyzing data and presenting results. Perform other duties as assigned. Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Must comply with current applicable laws, regulations and bank policies and procedures. Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources. Required Qualifications One to three years of similar or related experience. Knowledge of (GAAP), basic characteristics of financial assets and liabilities, and basic statistical analysis. A college degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance.
