Financial Analyst II

Job Summary The Financial Analyst II role is an intermediate-level role responsible for complex financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting tasks. This role provides decision support to departments and participates in capital needs assessments. Essential Functions Prepare and analyze departmental budgets and forecasts; recommend adjustments. Develop and maintain cost accounting models for service lines. Create detailed proformas for capital projects and new initiatives. Perform financial impact analyses for operational changes and strategic decisions. Generate and present reports to department leaders and finance leadership. Act as a resource for department managers on financial performance and budgeting.

Requirements:

Education Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Required Master's degree Preferred Work Experience Minimum of two years' relevant experience in financial analysis (healthcare experience strongly preferred). Required
