Job Description

Overview:
Manage intercompany accounting activities related to mobility payroll, tax equalization (TEQ), EID payments and stock-based compensation, and oversees intercompany billing and cash settlement processes for designated markets.
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain intercompany reconciliation process for various brands/markets; provide intercompany invoices to markets and research/coordinate with markets and related Shared Service Centers Prepare and record intercompany billing and FX related entries as needed for responsible markets Manage EID & stock-based compensation reporting, repeaters, and cross-charges to markets Prepare and record Expat Payroll entries to charge markets Prepare cash wires to settle intercompany balances with field markets as needed Coordinate with Payroll and E&Y to prepare/record TEQ and tax gross-up entries to charge markets
