This hybrid role blends food & beverage cost analysis with daily administrative coordination—perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to bring structure to creative chaos.
Responsibilities:
  • Track food and beverage costs, vendor invoices, and purchasing records
  • Assist in inventory control, waste tracking, and monthly cost reporting
  • Reconcile POs and vendor statements, flagging discrepancies promptly
  • Support menu costing and provide data insights for pricing strategies
  • Organize kitchen administrative tasks including document management, ordering, and scheduling
  • Assist in coordinating BOH schedules, timecards, and payroll prep
  • Partner with chefs and management to streamline systems and improve cost efficiency
  • Maintain clear records for audits, vendor communication, and compliance
  • Support general office tasks related to the culinary and purchasing team
Ideal Candidate:
  • Brings a clerical or accounting background (hospitality or F&B is a plus)
  • Can navigate spreadsheets, invoices, and inventory systems like a pro
  • Thinks ahead, communicates clearly, and keeps the kitchen running like a well-oiled machine—even from the office
  • Is equal parts analytical and adaptable, with a calm presence in a fast-moving environment
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an accounting, purchasing, or administrative role (preferably in hospitality)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory/purchasing systems
  • Experience with Restaurant365 is highly preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
