Overview Analysts are expected to provide extraordinary customer service by preparing financial analyses and or offering memorandums through a detailed, orderly presentation of the data, facts and figures that can lead an investor to make a well-educated decision about the sale of commercial real estate. Candidates will display an outstanding academic record and have excellent communication and organizational skills; being comfortable working within a diverse, collaborative and driven professional environment and liaising with both internal and external clients, team members and senior deal makers. Candidates are expected to have first class Microsoft Excel and modeling skills with the ability to do discounted cash flow analyses. Argus software proficient is a plus with a proven record of achievement. A minimum of 2 years of commercial real estate analytical experience is preferred. Responsibilities Understanding of real estate fundamentals with a minimum of 2 years of direct experience in a financial analysis environment in the mortgage or commercial real estate industry. Argus experience is a plus Strong command and efficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Self-motivated, team-oriented, detail-oriented with strong research, analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing and communication skills; able to interface with top level executives. Ability to work under pressure and on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize deadlines and effectively manage workload. Ability to work independently with an energetic and enthusiastic team player attitude Strong interest in Real Estate Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States Qualifications Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired.
