Educational Background Must hold a bachelor's degree in Business or Economics, a graduate degree is preferred. Relevant Experience You have 1-3 years of relevant professional experience (including internships) within the PE/M&A sector, preferably in IT. Analytical skills Your strong analytical skills and understanding of financial and management accounting set you apart. Tech affiliated You have a keen interest in Software/IT companies or a strong desire to learn about them. Independent and Organized You can work independently and set priorities in a dynamic work environment. Language You have an excellent command in English, both spoken and written. Key Responsibilities Investment Process Participate in the entire investment process as an active member of the investment team. Deal Engagement Proactively engage with potential deal flow and portfolio companies. Data analysis Analyze company and market information, establish financial models, and provide insights into investment and financing proposals. Documentation and Reporting Prepare Investment Proposals, assist with Quarterly Reporting, and organize events. Support Leadership Support Senior Investment Managers and Partners in daily activities and assist portfolio companies with strategic developments.
