- TRADE Equity Edge Online (EEO), while preparing and delivering reporting to key internal stakeholders, including Finance, Payroll, Legal, and HR Business Partners.
Responsibilities:
Maintain equity-related data and workflows in Oracle Fusion and E- TRADE Equity Edge Online (EEO), ensuring data integrity, proper reconciliations, and system alignment Prepare and deliver accurate, timely reporting to global payroll teams, including tax withholdings for equity transactions and reconciliation of pre
- and post-tax deductions; support compliance and audit activities Process RSU grant packages end-to-end, including setup in EEO, validation, and participant acceptance tracking Assist in the preparation and execution of semi-annual global ESPP purchase transactions, including auditing payroll contributions, preparing purchase data for E
- TRADE, and generating reports for HR, Finance, and Accounting Track and process accelerated vesting events related to terminations, retirement, death, or disability Administer and reconcile data exchanges between the company and E
- TRADE, including weekly account updates and terminations Manage the Equity team inbox, responding to employee and HR inquiries with accuracy and professionalism Prepare and distribute standard employee and HR communications related to equity programs Maintain and update insider lists provided by Corporate Legal, ensuring accuracy within equity systems Document processes and procedures to support consistency, compliance, and audit readiness Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency Support internal and external audits of equity plans Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred 5+ years of experience administering global equity programs preferred Experience with Oracle Fusion and E- TRADE Equity Edge Online (EEO) strongly preferred Working knowledge of ERISA, IRS, Department of Labor, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations related to equity plan compliance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend solutions Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong attention to detail and follow-through Effective written and verbal communication skills Vendor management experience preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please email your resume to Lydia at .
