We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to lead financial planning and analysis for our global manufacturing business with ties to global banking operations. The role will drive budgeting, forecasting, variance and strategic analysis to support senior leadership decisions, improve financial performance, and enable data-driven planning across Operations, Sales and HR. The ideal candidate combines strong FP&A experience in manufacturing and global banking environments with advanced analytical, reporting and automation skills to improve efficiency and deliver actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Lead annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting and long-range planning cycles; produce timely, accurate forecasts and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Perform monthly and quarterly financial close support, month-end reporting and variance analysis; explain drivers behind results and identify anomalies and risks to financial performance.
Build and maintain cash flow statements, working capital analysis and short-term liquidity forecasts in coordination with treasury and global banking partners.
Partner with Operations, Sales, HR and Pricing teams to analyze costs, margins and pricing strategies; identify opportunities for cost optimization and productivity improvements.
Deliver investment evaluation and business case modeling for strategic initiatives, capital expenditures and process improvements.
Develop and maintain financial dashboards, KPIs and reports using Excel and BI tools (Power BI); ensure data integrity and consistent methodologies across global entities.
Drive automation of routine FP&A processes and reporting through ERP (NetSuite) and BI integrations to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Lead ad-hoc financial and strategic analyses (trend analysis, risk assessments, anomaly detection) to support management and global stakeholders.
Provide mentorship to junior analysts and foster best practices around forecasting, reporting and financial modeling.
Collaborate with external banking partners and internal treasury to align on global banking requirements, cash management and financing considerations. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting with CPA or MBA preferred.
5+ years of FP&A or Financial Analyst experience with exposure to manufacturing environments and interaction with global banking teams.
Required:
Familiarity with global manufacturing financial practices, multi-currency reporting and cross-border banking operations.
Required:
Strong technical skills in financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow reporting and month-end close processes.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI and ERP systems (Power BI, NetSuite or equivalent).
Proven ability to build financial dashboards, KPIs and automated reports while maintaining data integrity and consistent methodologies.
Experience with pricing analysis, cost optimization, investment evaluation and strategic initiative support in a manufacturing or global organization.
Experience implementing automation and efficiency improvements in FP&A processes and integrating data across systems.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate complex financial results into clear, actionable recommendations for operations and senior leadership. Benefits Competitive compensation range of $80-110K
