Equity Operations Analyst We are currently seeking candidates for an Equity Operations Analyst role with a prominent real estate firm. The Equity Operations Analyst will be responsible for administering equity compensation programs, maintaining data integrity across multiple platforms, and supporting compliance reporting for global equity transactions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with equity compensation programs and strong proficiency in data management and reconciliation. This is a 6-month contract position paying $60-$70/hour (depending on experience). This is a part-time role, onsite 3 days per week in Boston, MA (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM).Responsibilities:
Oversee equity program data management across enterprise platforms, ensuring accuracy and proper reconciliations Prepare compliance reporting for global payroll teams, including tax withholding calculations and audit support Process restricted stock unit grant packages and semi-annual employee stock purchase transactions on a global basis Administer accelerated vesting scenarios related to qualified terminations, retirements, and other triggering events Coordinate data transfers between internal systems and third-party administrators, maintaining database accuracy Respond to employee and HR partner inquiries, delivering timely resolution and clear guidance Maintain insider trading lists and comprehensive process documentation to support audit readiness Recommend process improvements and support internal and external audit activitiesQualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred 5+ years of hands-on experience administering global equity compensation programs Prior experience with Oracle/Fusion and equity administration platforms strongly preferred Experience with Morgan Stanley/E•TRADE systems is a plus Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to manage high-volume data sets with precision Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills Proven ability to multitask effectively in time-sensitive environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of ERISA, IRS, DOL, and SOX regulations as they relate to equity plan compliance For immediate consideration, interested and qualified candidates should send their resume to Jackson at jnichols@daleyaa.comSimilar remote jobs
