The Imaging Systems Division is seeking a Program Finance Lead responsible for managing the financial control of various programs in Northampton, MA. This role will be responsible for partnering with program managers and cross-functional teams to drive financial program execution, establish and maintain program financial plan, and perform detailed financial analysis to provide insight into cost and schedule health on a program.Essential Functions:
Lead program financials including development of time-phased integrated budgets and schedules, Earned Value (EV) data compliance and reporting, cost accounting and overseeing of cost and schedule integration Previous experience with COBRA Development of quarterly EACs; analyze/assist in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) data Ensure program EAC adherence to L3 Harris AC-13 and PM-05 policies. Evaluate, make recommendations and implement corrective actions where gaps exist Development and review of time-phased budgets; establishment of key performance metrics and milestones; ongoing reporting of Program(s) cost and schedule variances; investigation of financial irregularities; financial program compliance; prepare milestone invoices and analyze program cash forecast. Partner with and provide guidance to Program Managers, Technical Leads, and Division/Sector leadership related to financial performance Responsible for influencing day-to-day execution of all financial activity related to Programs, Proposals, Reviews, including the development of strategies necessary to achieve program financial goals Partner with IPT members to execute baselining, Estimate to Completion (ETC), and change management processes. Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively work with people of all levels within the organizationQualifications:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field and requires a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and minimum of 7 years prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years prior related experience. Demonstrated strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Must have earned value experiencePreferred Additional Skills:
Previous experience with SAP Knowledge of cost/schedule development, budgeting, financial analysis and forecasting Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
