Job Description

DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
Responsible for the preparation of third party cost reports. Provide support during third party audits including documentation and analysis. Maintain knowledge of current regulatory environment. Work with management to implement reimbursement strategies. Prepare various financial analyses.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
(Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)
Experience:
1-3 years of accounting or finance experience in a health care or auditing environment. Prior experience in a reimbursement/regulated environment preferred
Education and Training:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required
License, Certification & Registration:

Proven excellent analytical and communication skills Must work independently as well as part of a team Must be able to meet deadlines Must be able to use a computer and work accurately with figures Ability to work under pressure Demonstrated integrity and trustworthiness Demonstrated ability in problem solving Must have demonstrated ability to work with other departments Demonstrated ability to coordinate complicated projects Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet software
