Job Description:
I'm working with a leading private credit investment platform that is looking to hire a Private Credit Associate / Senior Associate to join their investment team in Boston, MA . Evaluate and execute direct lending investments across a variety of industries, supporting transactions from initial screening through closing. Build detailed financial models, perform credit underwriting, and conduct downside risk analysis to assess borrower performance and investment returns. Conduct company, industry, and management due diligence while preparing investment recommendations for senior investment professionals. Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and materials for internal investment committee discussions and approvals. Monitor portfolio investments, analyze financial performance and covenant compliance, and support portfolio management activities throughout the life of each investment.
