What We're Looking For:
Datavant is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to play a meaningful role in the company's continued growth. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Finance, this is a highly visible role that partners closely with the Director of Forecasting and cross-functional leaders across Finance, Operations, Sales, and Product. You will contribute to a wide range of financial and operational planning activities that serve as the foundation for strategic decision-making across the business. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, data-driven environment, brings intellectual curiosity to complex problems, and is energized by the opportunity to grow alongside a high-performing team in healthcare technology.
What You Will Do:
Own inventory forecasting for data retrieval and medical coding verticals, monitoring business drivers and KPIs to stress-test volume and headcount assumptions. Support monthly financial reforecasts and contribute to the development of annual operating plans. Collaborate with Sales on pricing proposals for new and existing customers, including minimum commitments, enterprise pricing agreements, and quarterly business reviews. Partner with Operations, Customer Success, and Product on capacity planning and inventory management, tracking product initiatives and their impact on demand. Provide ad hoc financial and operational analysis to support leadership decision-making across the organization Leverage AI tools to automate go-to market workflows, conduct dynamic pricing analysis, and drive inventory demand planning and forecasting to improve speed, accuracy and decision-making around the business What You Need to
Succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 3-4 years of experience in an analytical role at a high-growth technology company, with a focus in finance or operations. Advanced Excel modeling and analytical skills; ability to distill complex financial analysis into clear, actionable communication for business leaders. Genuine passion for and understanding of the healthcare technology industry.
