The Global Intelligent Sensing & Reconnaissance business within the Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) Business Unit of Raytheon has an opening for a Lead Program Controls Analyst supporting multiple international Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contracts. The role is located onsite in Westford, Massachusetts and supports program execution activities, financial management, and customer requirements. The position includes work with business-specific tools and processes associated with the Goodrich operating environment. The role includes interaction with Program Management and cross-functional program teams. Responsibilities include financial and EVMS analysis and forecasting, coordination with CAMs/IPTLs/VSLs, and support of project planning and execution activities. Additional responsibilities include financial planning, variance analysis, data validation, reporting, Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) development, proposal support, and participation in customer negotiations. The role includes identification and assessment of cost and schedule risks and analysis of financial data associated with assigned projects. The position includes support of analytical activities, execution of assigned tasks within defined schedules, and participation in process improvement activities.
