The Team:
The Analyst will support day-to-day operations of the internal finance and treasury functions while also working closely with M&A, Origination, Human Resources, Legal, and senior management. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally across the organization to optimize financial performance of the company. This role will aid in providing timely and accurate treasury management, financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting. They will support a variety of recurring financial processes as well as projects and ad hoc analyses, gaining valuable experience in the theoretical as well as practical aspects of running a business. Unison is a flat organization, and analysts will frequently work on projects for senior leaders and management with a high level of responsibility. The Role Create and support managerial reporting including operational KPIs. Create and maintain financial models for specific transactions, debt facilities, or the business as a whole. Variance analysis of results to budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans. Partner with SG&A business leaders and provide key support to help them understand expenses and make informed strategic decisions for their functions. Oversee all cash management activities including cash positioning, forecasting, and intercompany activities. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis.
Requirements Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree. 0-2+ years of experience. Highly analytical, organized with exceptional attention to detail.
