• Budget OverviewDarkblade Systems, a CIS Secure company, has an opportunity for a Financial Systems Analyst II
• Budget supporting a new program located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.Responsibilities
• Budget functions to include
• Formulation
• Justification
• Execution of budgets for organizations, programs, or projects.

OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS

• This position anticipates standard work hours, Monday-Friday.

TRAVEL

• Limited or minimal travel expected.

Qualifications

CLEARANCE

• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required
• Potential to upgrade Secret clearance.

EDUCATION

• Associates of Arts or Science OR two-year technical school degree + minimum of 3 years relevant experience OR
• High school diploma / GED plus 10 years experience

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Knowledge and skill in the applications of related laws, regulations, policies, precedents, methods, and techniques of budgeting
• Minimum of 3 years relevant budget management experience, or military experience E4 and up.
