Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMPosition SummaryJohns Hopkins is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to support and optimize enterprise financial systems, including SAP and related reporting platforms. This role serves as a liaison between Finance, Information Services, and business stakeholders to ensure financial systems operate efficiently, securely, and accurately while supporting reporting, training, system enhancements, and business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and maintain financial systems, including SAP and related reporting applications.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, security, and performance of financial data and reporting systems.
  • Assist with system upgrades, testing, implementation, and process improvements.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training for financial system users.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams to resolve system and reporting issues.
  • Participate in small- to mid-sized projects supporting financial system enhancements and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, and user resources. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting financial systems in a mid-to-large organization.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, accounting processes, and system integrations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with payroll or timekeeping systems is a plus.
  • MBA, CPA, MIS/AIS, or related certifications preferred.

Salary Range:
Minimum 28.90/hour - Maximum 47.71/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases w the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
