FPI Financial Project Analyst III Faculty Physicians Inc. - 3.6 Baltimore, MD Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Research Bachelor's degree Full Job Description Under the direction of a supervisor/manager, independently leads the review and financial evaluation of new and existing contracts to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and financial viability. Serves as a subject matter expert in the analysis and evaluation of physician service agreements, ensuring appropriate fair market compensation and regulatory compliance. Leads the development, integration, and governance of benchmarking and financial data from multiple internal and external sources to support contract evaluation and enterprise decision-making. Develop financial models and analyses, proactively identifying financial risks and opportunities and clearly communicate implications to senior leadership. Drives financial analysis, and strategic recommendations to support executive-level decision-making. Oversees the compilation, validation, and interpretation of clinical productivity and performance metrics, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality within enterprise systems (including PBIC database management and enhancements). Provides oversight and validation of physician compensation structures, including year-end, mid-year, and supplemental incentive arrangements, ensuring alignment with productivity, market benchmarks, and organizational goals. Supports enterprise-level financial planning, modeling, and analysis related to new business initiatives and evolving corporate strategies. Develops and refines assumptions in uncertain environments and ensures models dynamically reflect evolving business decisions. Acts as a key contributor and/or project lead for complex departmental and cross-functional initiatives. Identifies, designs, and implements process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and analytical output. Maintains strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, campus entities, vendors, and external partners; and other duties as assigned. EDUCATION and/or
