Up to $4,000 Signing Bonus We reward BCBAs who are ready to build their caseload. Here's how it works: $500 bonus for each case you take on Earn up to $4,000 total (up to 8 cases) Newly certified BCBAs are welcome start building and start earning The Role As a BCBA at Golden Touch ABA, you'll develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, mentor and supervise RBTs and behavior technicians, and partner with families to create meaningful, lasting outcomes for clients with autism. Conduct assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans Design, implement, and update behavior intervention plans Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians Collaborate closely with families for a unified approach to care Lead treatment team meetings and make data-informed programming adjustments Review session notes and clinical data to maintain high standards of care Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Current BCBA certification Maryland LBA license (or eligibility) Newly certified BCBAs encouraged to apply Compensation Full-Time (Salaried) $90,000-$110,000 annual salary Up to $4,000 signing bonus ($500 per case) Part-Time (Hourly) $90-$120/hr Up to $4,000 signing bonus ($500 per case)
