Job Description:
A fast-growing healthcare-focused organization are currently hiring to build out their young FP&A team with a Senior Financial Analyst hire. Reporting directly into the Director of FP&A, you'll gain great exposure to the full FP&A process, presenting to executive leadership, and cross-department collaboration. With their office in Baltimore, this is a hybrid in-office position. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a high-growth organization. Responsibilities Build and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards that support smarter decision-making. Analyze past and present results, uncover trends, and provide actionable recommendations. Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and forward-looking projections. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather insights and align on strategic initiatives. Monitor performance versus forecast, investigate variances, and present findings to leadership. Support strategic decision-making with research, benchmarking, and industry insights. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems. Requirements Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related role. Strong foundation in accounting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; (NetSuite a plus) Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to clearly communicate complex financial concepts to leadership. Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
