FMS Financial Analyst with Security Clearance

Citizen Clearance Required:

Secret Education:

BA/BS degree

Experience:

Journeyman - 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Position Description:

• At least three (3) years' financial management experience, two (2) of which must be within FMS is required.

Functional Description:

• Conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions.

Provides FMS financial management support from implementation to case closure.

Desired Experience:

• Financial management experience should include financial analysis of business programs, development of cost estimates, program status reports, and knowledge of DoD Federal Management Regulations (FMR), and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) is desired.
• Knowledge and demonstrated understanding of Department of Defense (DoD) policies and Navy regulations as set forth in the SAMM, DoD 5105.38-M is desired.
• Demonstrated ability to work with large and diverse teams is desired.

Salary:

The projected salary range for this position is $120,000-$130,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary. Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
