Full-time Position Summary:

THIS JOB IS NOT REMOTE

The FP&A Analyst is a key member of the Finance team, responsible for cost accounting, financial analysis, and reporting that supports management decision-making. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver insight into current and future business performance, requiring strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Identity Group is a fast-paced manufacturing environment delivering innovative signage and visual branding solutions and décor projects to major hospitality, corporate, retailers, and grocery clients nationwide.

Essential Functions:

• Prepares and analyzes margin reporting, either by SKU or customer.
• Prepares standard costs for all products and engineering changes with BOM's and labor routings.
• Prepares variance analysis of labor reporting, material usage, and inventory discrepancies with explanations and/or corrective actions.
• Assists in the preparation of monthly forecasts, comparing results to actuals and partnering with cross-functional departments to identify and explain variances.
• Gathers and analyzes data for capital spending and cost savings projects.
• Devises and implements reporting and analysis processes in order to provide accurate information.
• Organizes and coordinates weekly and monthly cycle counts.
• Identifies, coordinates, and reviews cost accounting projects such as pricing and margin analysis; customer, market, and product profitability; data integrity and reporting, etc.
• Builds and maintains dashboards and reports using Claude, Power BI, or similar tools to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Adheres to all Identity Group policies, procedures, and financial guidelines, maintaining confidentiality of company and employee information at all times.
• Supports Company goals including Lean Manufacturing initiatives, 5S, teamwork, participation in value stream and product development team activities as required, 8-D problem solving and all other methods of continuous improvement.
• Performs other job functions as assigned by manager or designee.

Education and Experience:

• BS in Accounting or Finance.
• 3•5 years' experience in Accounting/Finance in a manufacturing environment.

• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience with Claude, CoPilot, Power BI, or similar business analytic tool.
• Experience with ERP systems required.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities/projects is required.

Physical & Work Requirements:

• Regularly required to sit, talk, see and hear and occasionally walk and stand.
• Sedentary work, frequently may lift up to 10 lbs.
• Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, reach and perform keyboard use.
• This is a full-time, on-site position at the Brunswick Campus.

$75,000.00
