Key Responsibilities Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and profitability drivers to identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, including capital expenditures. Prepare detailed financial reports, performance dashboards, and key performance indicator (KPI) analyses for management review. Conduct in-depth analysis of product margins, inventory valuation, and cost of goods sold (COGS). Support operational teams with financial insights to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste. Evaluate financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance explanations and recommendations. Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy of manufacturing-related financial data. Recommended Qualifications Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis. In-depth knowledge of cost accounting principles and inventory valuation specific to manufacturing operations. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and financial functions; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for operational improvement. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Bonus Qualifications Experience with cost accounting principles and methodologies. Proficiency in ERP systems relevant to manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain finance.
