Job Description

Pay:

$26 hourly

Normal Business Hours Location:

Fremont, MI Key Responsibilities Resolve rejected reinsurance transactions and coordinate with internal teams Match policies to clients and ensure accurate system linkage Process updates, documentation, and claim-related adjustments Review policy activity to ensure correct reinsurance application Identify and resolve billing discrepancies Monitor over-retention and overinsurance issues and take corrective action Maintain accurate records across systems (TAI, policy admin) Perform additional duties as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Finance/Accounting background preferred) 5+ years in Life Insurance, Reinsurance, or Finance/Accounting (preferred) TAI system experience (preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Work Environment Office-based role with extended computer use May require occasional extended hours during peak periods Finance / Accounting Background
