Job Summary:
Business & Financial Analysis Intern will gain hands-on experience working with complex datasets, identifying trends, and supporting profitability improvement initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to various analysis processes in general business operations and financial reporting. This position will be responsible for work that includes: Assist in preparing general business and financial reports on various topics, using Power BI and other MS Office applications Collect and prepare weekly/monthly reports regarding battery industry market trends and news Support variance analyses to help provide the management with insights into the decision-making processes Help develop basic financial models and tools to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities Assist in analyzing key performance indicators such as revenue, expenses, and working capital Support financial forecasting efforts by gathering data and assisting in forecast uploads Help monitor departmental budgets and track actual spending against forecasts Assist in month-end close activities Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other related fields Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with financial modeling concepts Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Detail-oriented with a desire to learn and grow Interest or experience in the manufacturing industry Familiarity with SAP or financial data management systems is a plus Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus but not required
