In-Office Salary:
$85k•105k + bonus A growing global manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst•OneStream Administrator to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business analytics initiatives while acting as a key resource for the company's OneStream financial reporting and consolidation platform. This individual will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, and operational leadership to improve reporting capabilities, automate processes, and deliver meaningful business insights to leadership. Responsibilities Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across multiple business units Analyze financial performance and provide insights on key operational drivers Develop financial models, dashboards, and executive reporting packages Serve as a lead user and administrator for the company's OneStream platform Enhance reporting functionality, workflows, and financial data integrations Drive process improvements and reporting automation initiatives Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams to support strategic decision-making Assist with financial close, consolidations, and management reporting activities Improve reporting consistency, KPI tracking, and data governance processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field CPA or MBA preferred 2+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial systems Experience with OneStream or similar financial consolidation/reporting platforms preferred Strong financial modeling, Excel, and analytical skills Experience supporting ERP or reporting system integrations is a plus Strong communication and business partnering abilities Manufacturing industry experience preferred Highlights High-visibility role with executive exposure Opportunity to improve systems, reporting, and analytics processes Stable and growing manufacturing environment Strong long-term growth potential
