Financial Analyst

Overview:

This role will own all Accounts Receivable activities while also supporting senior leadership and sales with financial reporting, analysis, and administrative tasks. The individual will collaborate closely with Operations and play a key role in customer and supplier-related financial processes. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage all Accounts Receivable activities, including collections. Manage, review, and track all new Customer Purchase Orders and Sales Folders. Prepare and review program job costing reports. Assist Senior Management with various analytical tasks, general financial reporting, and basic accounting functions. Support Sales in informational requests including presentations.

Core Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred (or strong equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in AR, AP, or bookkeeping Strong Excel skills (XLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIF; ability to build from scratch) Experience with ERP systems Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have:

Automotive supplier or OEM experience (Ford, GM, Stellantis, etc.) Familiarity with OEM portals for invoicing and payment tracking Credit analyst background (transferable skill set per client leadership)

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
