Financial Analyst - St. Johns Area Are you a skilled professional with a passion for financial analysis and supporting strategic decision-making? The Pivot Group Network, a West Michigan manufacturing-focused recruiting group, is dedicated to building meaningful connections in the manufacturing community. We are collaborating with companies in St. Johns seeking experienced Financial Analysts. If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We are partnering with organizations in St. Johns that are seeking Financial Analysts. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting. Analyze production costs, variances, and profitability by product line. Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency. Support capital expenditure analysis and investment decision-making. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support operational initiatives. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Demonstrated understanding of cost accounting principles and their application in a manufacturing environment.
