Key Responsibilities Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for manufacturing operations. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking. Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends and insights. Support the annual budgeting process and periodic re-forecasting for manufacturing sites. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis using tools like Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and their application in manufacturing operations. Experience with budgeting, variance analysis, and performance reporting for production and operational metrics.
