Back Manufacturing Finance•Lead Analyst (Trenton Engine)#2017047 Trenton, Michigan, United StatesApply X Facebook LinkedIn Email Copy Job Description The Lead Budget Analyst at the Plant is under the general guidance and support of the Plant Controller. This position is responsible for leading and managing a team of financial analysts at the plant site who are responsible for all financial reporting activities within the plant.

Performance reportingMonthly forecast and month-end closeBusiness plan developmentSOX controlOversight of projects (both expense and capital)Capital asset controlStellantis Industrial System (SIS)•cost deployment
What You Will Learn:
How to lead and manage a team in a challenging environmentHow to develop relationships across multiple organizations within the plant in order to achieve the financial and SPW goalsSIS•specifically the Cost Deployment pillar and how to be the compass of the plant to eliminate waste and loss in the processBusiness Plan and Model Year budget development processHow to drive SOX control, manage annual Asset Audits and perform annual physical inventoriesHow to develop analysts into future leaders of the organization through the GHRC and Development Plan process Location(s) 2300 Van Horn Road, Trenton, Michigan 48183,
United States Requirements Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related degreeMinimum 7 years of core Finance or Accounting experienceThe ability to budget, forecast, and report actuals through the monthly close processProficient in
Microsoft Excel and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications:
