Compensation:

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience) Role Overview We are looking for a focused and tech-savvy Operations Data Processor to join our team in Brooklyn Park. While titled as an Administrative Assistant, this is specifically a Processor role supporting back-office utility functions. You will be responsible for the high-volume management of work orders and data integrity within our core enterprise systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who enjoys "investigative" data work and wants to contribute to the reliable delivery of energy services.

Key Responsibilities Workflow Processing:

Primary responsibility is processing and "closing" work orders within Service Suite and SAP, ensuring field data matches corporate records.

Technical Review:

Analyze and cross-reference records against maps and technical documents to verify accuracy of field installations.

Data Auditing:

Identify discrepancies in work order data and coordinate with field personnel to resolve issues before final billing/reporting.

General Administration:

Order office supplies, maintain records management systems, perform basic bookkeeping, and prepare routine correspondence.

Reporting:

Utilize Microsoft Excel to track daily processing volumes and maintain logs for management review. Requirements & "Highly Preferred"

Skills Software:

Previous experience with SAP and Service Suite is highly preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (tracking, sorting, basic formulas) is required.

Utility/Technical Background:

Experience reviewing maps, blueprints, or property records is a significant advantage. Attention to

Ability to handle repetitive data tasks with high accuracy-missing a detail in this role can impact customer billing and safety records.

Professionalism:

Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding customer data and corporate records.

Education:

High school diploma or GED required.

Logistics Schedule:

Full-time, standard business hours.

Location:

Must be able to work 100% onsite at our Brooklyn Park facility. •
