• Own end‑to‑end rebate disbursement execution for an assigned client portfolio, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
• Interpret and apply complex client contracts, rebate terms, and setup logic within disbursement systems
• Execute rebate payments in internal systems while meeting established accuracy and timeliness SLAs
• Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned clients, responding to internal and external inquiries through independent research and analysis
• Partner cross‑functionally with Quality Control, Continuous Improvement, Rebate Analytics, Billing, FP&A, Legal, Underwriting, and Client Management to resolve issues and mitigate risks
• Perform variance analysis and root cause investigations to identify payment discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Support ad hoc analysis, reporting, and special initiatives as needed Candidates for Financial Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Experience in complex financial operations, rebate processing, or payment execution preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, shift focus as needed, and meet tight deadlines
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross functional teams
• Advanced Excel skills required (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
• SQL experience preferred for data querying and analysis
• Experience working with large data sets and financial systems is a plus

Onsite- Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
