Your Superpowers)
Manage Treasury & Cash Operations:
Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly cash activity, including bank account monitoring and transaction review Ensure appropriate funding levels across corporate and multiple managed entities Prepare cash positioning, forecasting, and reporting to support operational and strategic needs Coordinate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of cash activity Ensure timely and accurate payroll funding across 50+ entities Support fraud prevention efforts by monitoring banking activity and identifying potential risks Administer and maintain corporate credit card programs, including controls, compliance, and issue resolution
Drive Financial Planning & Analysis:
Support development of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial proposals Build financial models and reporting to identify trends and support decision-making Analyze operational performance and communicate key financial insights to leadership Assist with Medicare and Medicaid cost reporting and other financial projects
Strengthen Financial Processes & Compliance:
Assist in developing and maintaining treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls Support audit requests, compliance documentation, and reporting requirements Train internal teams on cash management processes, banking procedures, and financial expectations Assist with onboarding new entities into banking systems and maintaining documentation compliance
Collaborate & Support Operational Teams:
Partner with community leadership and internal teams to resolve financial inquiries Provide guidance on cash management and financial best practices Support cross-functional initiatives and projects as needed What You Bring to the Table (Besides Your Analytical Skills)
Education & Professional Background:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required Minimum of 2+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or corporate accounting
Technical & Financial Expertise:
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial principles Experience with cash management, banking processes (ACH/wires), and financial controls Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required Experience with ERP systems and treasury platforms preferred
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and trends High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to identify issues and proactively develop solutions
Communication & Collaboration:
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external partners Comfortable training and supporting operational teams
