Job Description

These programs are focused on strengthening enterprise risk management, operational controls, compliance oversight, and process governance through innovative technology and strategic transformation efforts. We are seeking experienced Risk Control Analysts to join our growing team and support high-impact initiatives within major financial institutions. Position Summary The Risk Control Analyst will partner with business, operations, compliance, and technology teams to identify, assess, monitor, and improve operational and financial controls across enterprise environments. This role is ideal for professionals with strong financial services experience and a background in risk management, controls testing, process analysis, and regulatory support. Key Responsibilities Evaluate business processes and identify operational, compliance, and financial risk exposures. Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of risk and control frameworks. Perform risk assessments, control testing, and gap analyses to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. Partner with business stakeholders to document controls, procedures, and remediation plans. Monitor and track issues, findings, and corrective actions through resolution. Support audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance initiatives by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries. Collaborate with technology and operational teams to strengthen control environments and improve reporting capabilities. Analyze trends, incidents, and process deficiencies to recommend risk mitigation strategies. Maintain clear documentation and reporting related to risks, controls, testing activities, and governance processes. Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide risk and control guidance throughout project lifecycles. Location Downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota.
