This role will play a key part in delivering accurate financial insights, supporting capital investment decisions, improving financial processes, and enabling informed business decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong accounting and FP&A expertise with advanced SAP and Excel capabilities and has the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders at all levels. Manufacturing experience is required, and experience within the medical device industry is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Support the FP&A function through monthly reporting, financial analysis, forecasting activities, and ad hoc business requests. Develop, maintain, and analyze financial forecasts, partnering with business leaders to identify and explain key performance drivers, risks, and opportunities. Extract, validate, and analyze financial data from SAP to support forecasting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) comparisons, and management reporting. Prepare and present monthly financial reporting packages, providing meaningful insights into business performance and financial trends. Create and maintain complex Excel-based financial models and analyses utilizing SAP data extracts, pivot tables, and advanced formulas. Support capital expenditure planning, tracking, reporting, and investment analysis. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, automation, and overall efficiency. Provide financial analysis and reporting support related to the Minnesota Grant program, including headcount and capital expenditure forecasting and tracking. Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and contribute to special projects supporting both Finance and Accounting functions. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial reports. Provide backup support for finance team members and assist with additional responsibilities as business needs evolve. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 7-10 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, and Financial Analysis. Manufacturing industry experience required; medical device industry experience strongly preferred. Hands-on SAP experience, including extracting, analyzing, and interpreting detailed financial data (SAP Kernel 051/BMP environment preferred). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: Pivot Tables

functions Advanced formulas and financial modeling techniques Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet demanding deadlines. Proven success operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business insights. Demonstrated critical thinking skills, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting capital expenditure planning and investment analysis. Medical device industry experience. Knowledge of AI, automation, or business intelligence tools that enhance financial analysis and reporting processes.
