- The Opportunity
- We are recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in our Plymouth, MN location with the Electrophysiology Medical Devices team.
- What You'll Work
- + Provides cost planning, analysis and reporting to management for new product introduction, which likely includes projecting production cost for labor, material and yield, maintaining and updating cost models, partnering with new product development managers to develop, monitor target cost and providing variance analysis.
- Required Qualifications
- + Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business or related field + 4+ years of experience performing month-end close activities, financial and variance analysis, and/or forecasting in a manufacturing environment + Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) + Demonstrated experience working with financial system applications + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Strong attention to detail.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + MBA, CPA or CMA preferred + Working knowledge of Hyperion Essbase and/or SAP + Ability to work effectively and with flexibility under uncertainty and changing priorities. (https://www.jobs.abbott/us/en)
