We are seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to play a key role in driving financial visibility, performance insights, and strategic decision-making across the organization. Following Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or business analytics Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Proven experience developing financial models, performance reporting, and actionable business insights Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and reporting tools preferred Experience with data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Domo) preferred Why This Role Is Different At Microbiologics, FP&A is more than reporting—it's a strategic partner to the business. In this role, you will: Deliver insights directly to executive leadership to influence key business decisions Help shape how performance is measured, reported, and improved across the organization Drive standardization and automation of financial processes and reporting Partner cross-functionally to improve financial literacy and operational performance Play a visible role in improving data integrity, scalability, and decision-making frameworks This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to directly impact business performance through data-driven insights. What You'll Do Performance Reporting & Insights Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPI scorecards, ensuring consistency and a single source of truth Analyze monthly and quarterly performance, including volume, mix, pricing, productivity, and cost drivers Translate complex data into clear insights, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities Provide ad hoc analysis to support leadership decision-making Business Partnership Partner with executive and operational leaders to improve financial and business performance Support strategic planning through scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and business case development Help business partners understand key financial drivers and improve decision-making Planning & Financial Modeling Build, maintain, and enhance financial models used for forecasting and planning Ensure models are standardized, well-documented, and scalable Define and deliver consistent analytical outputs aligned with business priorities Data, Systems & Process Improvement Partner with Finance and IT to improve reporting automation and data flows Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve data quality Drive improvements in reporting, planning, and analytics processes Support governance and standardization across FP&A activities Who Thrives Here We believe strong financial insight comes from curiosity, structure, and business partnership.
