POSITION SUMMARY
Provide support regarding the financial planning and analysis of EPR Properties and manage the Company's financial systems
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES 1.
Forecasting Assist with the completion of the annual budget and quarterly reforecasts, as well as the Company's multi-year budget model Work collaboratively with personnel across the Company to gather relevant budgeting information Increase automation to improve accuracy within the budget model Assist the Finance Team with forecasting the Company's capital plan, including equity raises, debt offerings, etc. Load the budget into the consolidation software (Essbase) and general ledger software (MRI) 2. Financial Reporting Complete certain schedules required for the 10-Q, 10-K, and Supplemental Operating and Financial Data Complete monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc analyses for the Finance Team and CFO Assist external auditors in quarterly review, annual audit, and agreed upon procedures 3. Other Financial Functions Complete month-end procedures to consolidate EPR's Canadian entities Act as liaison between EPR and partners in joint ventures to obtain, review, and input actual and forecasted data into the Company's consolidation software Complete various controls required for compliance with SOX Support the Finance Team with initiatives and training sessions and cross-train to perform essential functions Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and communication Accumulate and review external analysts' models and rating agency reports to provide information and recommendations to Finance Team and CFO 4. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality of all information

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MACC a plus) CPA designation or MBA required 3+ years of professional experience in public and private accounting, preferably with a strong background in finance and financial systems Advanced Excel skills Experience with Oracle Essbase/Smartview, and/or MRI real estate software preferred Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Individual who enjoys and excels at process improvement
