Mid-Level Information Technology Financial Analyst Company:
The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Mid-Level Information Technology Financial Analyst to join the Boeing Defense, Space and Security Product Lifecycle Management team in Hazelwood, MO; El Segundo, CA; Everett, WA; Kent, WA; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC; or Ridley Park, PA. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Information Technology (IT) Financial Analyst to support the Integrated Product Data Management (IPDM) organization. In this role, you'll partner with program, development, and infrastructure teams to provide budgeting, forecasting, spend analysis, and stakeholder reporting that drive financial visibility and informed decision-making. Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate with executive leadership to define and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives Manage financials for the division including developing and maintaining the 5-year long-range business plan, managing monthly opportunities and risks, and supporting funding decisions with data analysis Take ownership of financial processes and outcomes, ensuring accountability for budget management and financial reporting accuracy Develop and maintain monthly performance metrics and dashboards to track portfolio performance (budget vs actual) and inform decision-making Optimize resource allocation across the division, ensuring that investments are aligned with strategic priorities and deliver maximum value Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed Identify financial challenges and opportunities, developing innovative solutions to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency Support organizational change initiatives related to portfolio management, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication throughout the process (e.g. budget transfers, increases, decreases) Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience planning and managing a financial budget 3+ years of experience with business operations and/or business process improvements 3+ years of experience with data analysis and/or data mining 3+ years of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership Experience with Microsoft Excel and data Manipulation Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or higher Experience in project or program management Experience in security, governance, risk, and compliance Experience in budgeting and financial management Experience managing global teams Experience in Microsoft 365 products, communication, and collaboration Experience working in complex environments and matrix organizations Experience in change management and organizational development Experience being proactive, motivated, and initiating high-level tasks or projects independently with limited external direction or encouragement

Pay & Benefits:

Summary pay range:
$105,400 - $152,950
