Job Description
Financial Analyst (Full-Time) Your experience matters: Frye Regional Medical Center, located in the beautiful foothills of North Carolina is a 355-bed acute care hospital, 81-bed Behavioral Health facility and more than 70 primary and specialty care providers. How you'll contribute: The Financial Analyst position is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting functions with respect to leasing arrangements, including administration of lease accounting software. Additionally, the Financial Analyst will support the Vice President, Finance in other areas such as cash forecasting, debt covenant compliance and other treasury/finance initiatives. Essential Functions Coordinate with real estate team on a weekly basis regarding new real estate lease activity and/or changes to existing real estate lease agreements. Coordinate with operations teams and outside vendors regarding new and/or existing equipment lease activity. Administer accounting and financial reporting updates in the Company's lease accounting software tool on a monthly basis. Review and reconcile monthly financial statement balances impacted by new and/or existing lease agreements. Update cash forecast models on an ad hoc basis, sometimes as frequently as daily. Monitor compliance with debt covenants and other financial compliance responsibilities.
