Accounting Analyst

Accounting Specialist (Contract-to-Hire) Onsite | High Point, NC As an Accounting Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, supporting core AP/AR functions, and ensuring smooth reconciliation and reporting processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Reconcile bank, vendor, and general ledger accounts Review invoices, expenses, and payment requests for accuracy Assist with month-end close activities and reporting support Research and resolve accounting discrepancies Maintain organized and accurate financial records Support audits and documentation requests Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely financial processing

Qualifications:

2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, AP, or AR experience Strong Excel skills and comfort with accounting systems High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Manufacturing experience is a plus Contract-to-Hire opportunity with potential for long-term placement. _________________________________________________________________ Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
