Job Description

Springs Village Dentistry is a modern, patient-centered dental practice in Holly Springs, NC seeking an experienced Dental Treatment & Financial Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is essential in helping patients understand their treatment options, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements while ensuring a smooth and supportive experience from consultation through completed care. Our practice focuses on comprehensive dentistry, patient education, and long-term oral health , and we are looking for someone who is confident presenting treatment plans and helping patients move forward with recommended care. Key Responsibilities Treatment Coordination Present doctor-recommended treatment plans clearly and confidently Educate patients on procedures, benefits, and long-term oral health outcomes Coordinate treatment scheduling with the clinical team Follow up with patients regarding outstanding treatment plans Financial Coordination Explain treatment fees and patient financial responsibility Review insurance benefits and provide cost estimates Discuss payment options and financing when appropriate Collect payments and coordinate financial arrangements Insurance Coordination Verify insurance benefits prior to patient visits Submit and track insurance claims Assist patients with insurance questions and claim follow-up Patient Experience Serve as a primary point of contact for patients with treatment or billing questions Ensure patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident about their care Collaborate with the clinical and front office teams to create an exceptional patient experience Qualifications Preferred qualifications include: 2+ years dental treatment coordinator or dental front office experience Experience presenting dental treatment plans Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing Excellent communication and patient education skills Strong organizational and multitasking ability Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.) What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Supportive and positive team environment Modern dental office with advanced technology Opportunities for professional growth

$21.00 - $30.00 per hour
