Job Description

Position Purpose:
Entry-level finance professional role that offers exposure to various finance functions including Controlling, accounts payable, inventory accounting, and financial reporting. Ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals, candidates will work closely with experienced finance leaders. The position will support multiple stages of ERP implementation and introduction of lean manufacturing principles, while learning FP&A activities in a multinational company, for the manufacturing unit in Mebane.
Key responsibilities:
Drive automation across the current processes and systems with AI.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Helping build models to predict future production costs and financial outcomes.
Variance Analysis:
Comparing actual manufacturing expenses to forecasted or standard costs and explaining the differences to plant manage This role involves managing financial aspects of production, performing quantitative analyses, and developing models to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
High School diploma or Equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field preferred
Work Experience:
Opportunity for recent graduates or early career professionals
Language:
Fluency in English (oral and written).
Skills:
Strong communication skills, highly organized, high attention to detail. Flexible, and can work with cross-functional teams. Advanced MS Office skills are strongly preferred. Experience in Microsoft AI tools as well as SAP (ERP System) is an asset. Key Behaviors & Attributes Keep it Simple
