Financial Analyst

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Statesville, North Carolina. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and delivering insights that guide strategic decision-making. Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate business performance and identify trends.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and decision-making processes.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to address specific business needs and provide actionable insights.
• Analyze variances between planned and actual financial outcomes, identifying root causes and areas for improvement.
• Utilize data mining techniques to extract and interpret financial data from various sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data by verifying and reconciling discrepancies.
• Monitor industry trends and economic conditions to assess their potential impact on financial performance.
• Support budgeting and planning activities by providing accurate and timely financial projections. Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis techniques.
• Strong understanding of variance analysis and its application in business contexts.
• Experience with ad hoc financial analysis and the ability to deliver actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with data mining tools and methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate results.
• Strong communication skills for presenting financial insights to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
