Blue Ridge Mountain Club, managed by CAMS, is looking for a part-time Financial Analyst.
Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data and trends to support business decision-making Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Monitor company performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities Support month-end and quarter-end close processes Conduct market research and benchmarking analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial insights Ensure data accuracy and maintain financial records
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field 1-3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role (preferred) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) Experience with financial modeling and forecasting Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of GAAP or financial reporting standards Experience with data visualization tools Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly rate: $50 per hour
