Sr. Financial Analyst

Description A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a collaborative team supporting plant leadership with financial analysis, reporting, and decision support. This role offers strong exposure to plant leadership and cross-functional teams, with a focus on business partnering, standard costing, inventory and working capital analysis, forecasting, capex support, and ERP implementation activities. Key Responsibilities + Partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and decision support + Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting for the site + Analyze plant performance, cost trends, margins, and operational KPIs + Partner with operations to identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities + Support standard costing and cost accounting activities, including inventory analysis and controls + Prepare capex models, business cases, and scenario analysis for operational investments + Support ERP implementation efforts, including costing and reporting processes + Develop dashboards and reporting to improve visibility into plant and financial performance Requirements Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field + Experience in plant finance, manufacturing FP& A, or operational finance + Strong background in standard costing and cost accounting + Experience partnering directly with plant or operations leaders + Exposure to ERP or EPM implementation in a manufacturing environment preferred + Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
