You'll help patients understand their treatment options, navigate financial arrangements, and confidently move forward with the care they need. This role will also help support front office operations, including patient communication, scheduling, and answering phones as we continue building our front office team. What You'll Do Present treatment plans and financial options Coordinate patient financing Assist with insurance questions Follow up on unscheduled treatment Support front office operations Help create an exceptional patient experience Who Thrives Here?
