We're looking for an energetic, purpose-driven RevOps & Finance Analyst for Guardify, which is helping the criminal justice ecosystems with digital evidence technology to accelerate justice and healing for survivors of crime. Protect vulnerable populations and revolutionize the digital evidence field with a mission-driven team committed to the ethical use of AI, advanced video technologies, cloud computing, privacy, security, agility, customer-intimacy, and social impact. About You A few years of business experience; ideally revenue operations, sales operations, or a comparable role at a SaaS company, venture firm, or investment bank Background in at least one of: AI tools and automation, computer systems, data modeling, or analytics Hands-on with HubSpot. Bonus points for PandaDoc, Apollo, and QuickBooks Comfortable in spreadsheets, SQL, and light scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar) at whatever depth the problem needs Sharp written and verbal communicator; you can explain a workflow change to a rep and a margin trend to a board member Bias toward simple over clever. The best system is the one people actually use.

The position is on-site only, located at Millwork Commons (1111 N 13th Street, Omaha NE). Your Role You'll own the systems, workflows, and data that sales, support, and account management run on day-to-day. HubSpot, PandaDoc, Apollo, QuickBooks, and the AI tools we layer on top; you'll keep them clean, connected, and useful. You'll build the dashboards leadership trusts. You'll automate the work that should never have been manual. You'll make it easier for sales, support, and account management reps to spend their time selling, renewing, and serving customers; not chasing data or fighting tools. This isn't a reporting role. It's an impact role. How You'll Be Measured One thing matters most: did sales hit plan, and did your work help them get there?Specifically:
Quota attainment across reps and teams Build and optimize accurate revenue reporting for financial reports, team reporting and compensation assessment PIpeline velocity, conversion, and forecast accuracy Time saved by the automations and workflows you ship Quality and trust of the data feeding executive and board reporting What You'll Do Own HubSpot end-to-end: pipelines, properties, automations, integrations, hygiene Build Configure - Price - Quote templates (PandaDoc) and approval flows that move deals through faster Run the outbound stack (Apollo or Clay) to support a productive top of funnel Connect HubSpot, QuickBooks, and the rest of the GTM stack so revenue data is one source of truth Build dashboards in BI/AI analytics tool (or your tool of choice) that the CEO, board, and investors actually use Bring AI tools into our daily workflow; drafting, summarizing, scoring, routing, anything that buys the team time Partner with the leadership team on board, investor, and operating reporting Spot broken processes before anyone else does, and fix themSimilar jobs in Omaha, NE
