Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, and more Job Summary Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a well-establishedpany in the manufacturing industry to help them hire a Senior Financial Analyst, Cost Accounting. This role supports a multi-site, product-drivenanization and plays a critical role in cost analysis, financial reporting, and operational decision-making. The position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to improve cost visibility and drive efficiency as the business continues to grow. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly cost reports, highlighting margin variances and key trends Perform detailed cost analysis for new and existing products across multiple manufacturing locations Partner with engineering, operations, and procurement to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements Analyze production variances from initial product launch through full-scale manufacturing Maintain and update bills of materials (BOMs) and product costing structures Support budgeting, forecasting, and labor/overhead rate development Develop and maintain cost accounting models to ensure accurate product costing Assist with audit preparation and ensurepliance with internal controls Qualifications and Must-Haves Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred) 7+ years of finance/accounting experience within a manufacturing environment Strong cost accounting and plant/operational finance experience required Experience in multi-site or matrixedanizations preferred CPA or CMA certification is a plus Advanced Excel skills with experience handling large datasets Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or similar) and financial planning tools (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream, TM1) Strong analytical, problem-solving, andmunication skills Ability to work independently and collaborate across all levels of theanization
Pay Details:
